Ali did his B.F.A, Painting from Sir J. J. School of Art, Mumbai. He has been actively participating in several group shows such as Three New Voices: Dimensions in Time and Space, Art Heritage, New Delhi, April Salon at GalerieMirchandani + Stienruecke, Mumbai,Tao Art Gallery.His vision is to create artworks that personify words and images with immense depth in them. Works which don’t have a specific social context but have a very specific human context, appeal to him.
