About the Artist
Mahua holds a B.F.A. and an M.F.A. in Painting from Jamia Milia Islamia, Delhi. She has exhibited group shows at M.F. Hussain Art Gallery, New Delhi (2014), Jehangir Art Gallery, Mumbai (2014), Raja Ravi Varma Gallery, Nagpur (2013), The Stainless Steel Gallery, New Delhi (2013) and Ravindra Bhawan, New Delhi (2012/2010). In 2012, Mahua won the Euro Art Tour and Best Entry Award from Camel Production and has been the recipient of Best Student Scholarship from Jamia Mila Islamia College in 2007.
