About the Artist
Mandira graduated from the London Centre for Fashion Studies, London, with a B.A. Honours Degree in Fashion Product Management and from the Pearl Academy of Fashion, New Delhi, with a Diploma in Fashion Design and Clothing Technology,. She began her career working as an Assistant Designer for Fashion Designers such as Manav Gangwani, Naina Shah and Tarun Tahiliani before working with Raw Mango as a Design Consultant. She made her transition into the art world with her solo art show ‘Drop of Crystal with a Thousand Eyes’ at the India Habitat Centre, Delhi (2014).
