“Space with a center that allowed me to rest between walls. I loved sitting in my studio listening to birds, trains, trucks and the silence too. I loved going for walks in the neighbourhood, taking pictures of spice boys, construction, activities, everything. I loved having tea with my studio neighbours. I also did some work! I put up images on the wall and saw how long they would stay – then replaced the fallen ones with new ones. This is not finished! Just now, I am bringing all these images back home and will process them in the Montreal winter. Who knows what will come out of it?”
