“I was given a chance to work at Space118, where I was a resident artist for nearly a month. I liked working here. The location is very good- outside there are places to get supplies, and back inside the compound it is exactly the kind of space that is needed for an artist to work- spacious, peaceful, and no one disturbing you. You don t feel like you are in the city. I would love to come again for a longer time if I get the chance!”

About the Artist
Satish attained his BFA in Painting from the Government Institute of Fine Arts, Indore. He has held solo shows at Alliance Francaise in Bhopal (2014), Apparao Art Gallery in New Delhi (2014), Deolalikar Kala Vithika in Indore (2012), and Apparao Art Gallery in Chennai (2011). He has exhibited at Art for Peace in Kuwait (2014), AIFACS in New Delhi (2014), KIAF in Seoul (2013), BIAF, Busan in South Korea (2012), ASYAAF, LVS Art Gallery in Seoul (2012) and Pritam Lal Dua Gallery in Indore (2012).
