About the Artist

Satyabrata completed his B.V.A. in Sculpture from B.K College of Art and Crafts, Bhubaneswar (2010), and his MFA in Sculpture from College of Art, New Delhi (2014). He has exhibited in group shows at Lalit Kala Akademi, New Delhi (2014), Arpana Fine Arts Gallery, New Delhi (2013) and Jayadev Bhawan, Orissa (2009). He is the recipient of several awards including Dhanraj Bhagat Special Award, College of Art, New Delhi (2014), the Golden pigeon award (2013), and the Silver Jubilee Award from B.K College of Arts and Crafts, Orissa (2010). He also received the Ravi Jain Memorial Fellowship from Dhoomimal Gallery, New Delhi (2013).
