About the Artist
Schon studied painting under the tutelage of Rekha Rodwittiya and Surendran Nair at the Collective Studio, Baroda, after completing his B.A in Mass Communication and Video Production at St. Xavier’s College, Goa. He has also been a Feature writer for The Gomantak Times, Goa. Recently he has participated in the 5th Edition of the India Art Fair, Delhi represented by Sakshi Gallery, 2013. His paintings have an abiding interest in people and their preoccupations; they often form the basis of his inspiration.
