About the Artist
Swati attained her Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch.) from Lokmanya Tilak Institute of Architecture and Design Studies, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India (2016) after completing her education from Thakur College of Science, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India (2011) and Dr. S. Radhakrishnan Vidyalaya, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India (2009). She has participated in Council of Architecture (COA) National Institute of Advanced Studies in Architecture (NIASA) – Awards Programme for Excellence in Architectural Thesis, Pune, India (2016), HUDCO trophy at The National Association of Students of Architecture (NASA India), Chennai, India (2015) and many more. She has also participated in a group show at Bartart (Barter + ART) Pop up titled “Menu of an Architect” (2014). She won 1st place in The Scrap Metal competition at The National Association of Student of Architecture (NASA India), Chennai, India (2015) and was awarded the 361 Degree Student Fellowship Programme, Mumbai, India (2014).
