Tarini attained her BA in Political Science from Lady Shri Ram College (2010) and her BFA in Drawing from Pratt Institute, New York (2014). She has held over eight shows in New York City at Pratt Institute (2012), Palisades 906 (2014), The Governors Island art fair (2015), Lumiere (2015). Previously Tarini was the Head Illustrator for Ume Ume: Music + Arts and is currently an art teacher at the PS261 School in New York City.
