Twin Peaks is a composition of two screen shots. It symbolizes conversions of these snatches of moments in time into paintings. The stills were taken from the title credits of Art house director David Lynch’s cult classic series TWIN PEAKS.
Eleanor Fawcett graduated with a BA degree from Camberwell College of Art in 2009. She then received her Master’s Degree from Central St. Martins College of Art, London in 2013. She began her journey as an artist after graduating from Norwich School of Art with a Diploma in Foundation Studies in 2005. Since then she has had many solo and group shows. She has exhibited at Playhouse Theatre, Norwich, House Gallery, Camberwell, 320 Gallery, London, INDO, London, Festival Miden, Kalamata, Greece, Takecourage Gallery, London, The Rag Factory, London to name a few. She has also showcased her work at the Aeon Festival in Devon and Thames Festival, London and has had an installation in the Whistable Biennale.
