Ashish, in his works, captivates the ethereal beauty of dreamy, misty, sublime, and mysterious landscapes. He aims to transport viewers into a realm where reality merges with the intangible, capturing fleeting moments when the ordinary transforms into the extraordinary. He is drawn to elusive scenes that veil the landscape, infusing it with mystery and inviting viewers on a journey of discovery. He interplays with light and shadow, using subtle palettes and gentle brushstrokes to evoke serenity. By embracing the sublime, he seeks to evoke a sense of awe, transcending the physical world. Through a fusion of imagination and reality, he invites viewers to explore their emotions and connect with the essence of the natural world, attuned to contemporary times.

Ashish Phaldesai lives and works in Canacona, Goa, India.
