Job Summary

Responsibilities typically include:

  • acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls

  • managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive

  • booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation

  • organising events – Fundraiser- coordination with Carpenters, painters and other production people

  • reminding the Director of important tasks and deadlines

  • typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence

  • managing databases and filing systems

  • implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems and artlogic database system

  • liaising with staff, artists and clients and getting the office administrative work done

  • collating and filing expenses

Microsoft Office, Excel and PPT, Functional knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, is essential for the role.

Required Experience and Qualifications

Excellent grasp over written and spoken English. Excellent organisational skills and sharp memory. 1-2 years work experience as PA, admin
