Meghna’s work focuses on extinct and endangered bird species. She believes and hopes that all birds should fly freely and fearlessly in nature in the presence of human beings. She is conscious of the human impact on the environment and the tremendous role we play in wildlife extinction, that most of the population are not aware of or do not acknowledge. The extent of human greed has led to the endangerment of multiple species that are essential for the health of the environment. Meghna contemplates these realities and uses her place as an artist to address the issues of environmental degradation. She stresses on our co-dependence and hopes for a sustainable future.
