Milan Lunagariya is an artist from Jamnagar, Gujarat and has completed his Bachelors of Fine Arts in Painting, from S.P. University, V.V Nagar in 2019 and he is completing his Masters of Visual Arts in Graphic arts from M.S. University of Baroda.

 

In his works, Milan tries to show the transformation from rural area to city area due to urbanization. As he belongs from the interiors of Jamnagar, he is able to feel the drastic changes of peaceful rural life to the urban life due to the blind following of urbanization. It disturbs him to know that today due human destruction and rapid urbanization a jungle of concrete walls have been created . Keeping in mind that whatever we can restore will be for the welfare of our next generation, Milan stresses on this subject through his practice with a reminiscence of the green village scenes.
