His odd natural and manmade shedding continues to contribute to his raw and natural forms which are a recollection of his childhood memory. His fragmented forms sprout or fossilize, and break open, mimicking the natural process of life, death, decay and residue. A corrosive process envelopes these forms as they have existed for a long time. Between its fossil-like aesthetic and signs of emerging life, is hope as cynical as time.

Pruthiraj lives and works in Vadodara, Gujarat, India.
